Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Super Dev Software LLC, operating as MoreCustomersFromTheWeb ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit morecustomersfromtheweb.com, sign our service agreement, complete payment, or otherwise interact with our services.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly. When you fill out our demo-request form, sign our service agreement, or contact us, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, business name, email, phone number, business address, hours of operation, the services you offer, and any photos you upload. When you sign our agreement we additionally record your typed signature, the date and time of signature, and your IP address as part of the e-signing record.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our third-party providers automatically collect information about your visit, including your IP address, browser type and version, device information, referring website, the pages you view on our site, the date and time of your visit, and similar information typically logged by web servers and analytics tools. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (including the Meta/Facebook Pixel — see Section 3) to collect this information.

Payment information. Payment card details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see, store, or have access to your full card number. We do receive transaction confirmation data from Stripe (transaction ID, amount, last 4 digits of card, billing name, billing email).

2. How we use information

• To build, deploy, host, and maintain your website
• To communicate with you about your account, your website, and our services
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To register and manage your domain name on your behalf
• To send service-related emails (signed agreements, payment confirmations, deployment notifications)
• To improve our website, services, and marketing
• To measure the performance of our advertising on platforms such as Meta/Facebook
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

3. Advertising and the Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel (also called the Facebook Pixel) on our marketing website, agreement-signing pages, and onboarding pages. The Meta Pixel is a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. that allows us to:

• Measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta properties
• Show our ads to people who have visited our website or are similar to our customers
• Understand which ads drive form submissions, signed agreements, and paid customers, so we can optimize ad spend

The Meta Pixel may collect information including your IP address, the pages you visit, your browser and device information, and whether you completed certain actions on our site (such as submitting a form or completing a purchase). This information is shared with Meta and is subject to Meta's data policy.

You can manage how Meta uses your information for advertising in your Meta ad preferences, or opt out of interest-based advertising industry-wide at aboutads.info/choices and networkadvertising.org/choices.

4. Third-party service providers

We share information with the following service providers strictly as necessary for them to perform services on our behalf. Each is contractually limited to using your information only for the services they provide to us.

• Cloudflare — website hosting, DNS, domain registration, and content delivery
• Supabase — database, file storage, and serverless functions (for the agreement, payment, and deployment workflows)
• Stripe — payment processing and recurring billing
• Resend — transactional email delivery (signed agreement copies, payment confirmations, support replies)
• Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising measurement and optimization via the Meta Pixel
• Google — when you use the lead-intake form's place-lookup features, business listing data is fetched from Google's Places API

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. How long we keep information

We retain signed agreements and related records for the duration of your service plus seven (7) years after termination, to comply with tax and contract record-keeping requirements. We retain billing records as long as required by applicable law. We retain marketing analytics data for up to two (2) years.

6. California residents' rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what categories of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for collecting it, and the third parties with whom we share it.
• Access the specific personal information we hold about you.
• Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, we may need to retain records to comply with legal obligations or to perform a contract you signed with us).
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — which includes our use of the Meta Pixel. To opt out, email us at superdevsoftwarellc@gmail.com with the subject line "Do Not Share My Info" and we will configure our systems to stop sharing your data for advertising purposes within 15 business days.
• Be free from retaliation for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email superdevsoftwarellc@gmail.com. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

7. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please email us so we can delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted via email to active customers when reasonably practicable. Your continued use of our services after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
